ON VACATION FROM APRIL 26th-MAY 1. NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DURING THAT TIME.
I personally handle every step; from listing to getting your purchase out to the post office. Everything I sell is currently in my possession. I do NOT use drop shipping. I personally examine each item when I list it and before shipping it to you. If something is wrong with the item it will NOT be shipped to you. If during packaging a damage is discovered you will promptly be refunded your money if I do not have a replacement. Also when multiple items are purchased, after packaging the items and getting a shipping rate I will refund some of the money as I discount on multi purchases when able.
Shipping is done Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Any purchases made until 8pm est will go out the following business day. On rare occassions emergencies do arise such as illness or weather, in those rare cases delays will occur. I will contact you to inform you of it.
Please note that shipping costs is not for Canada, Hawaii or overseas/International. For those areas I only ship Priority Mail and that cost starts at apx. $20.00 USD.
